We were recommended to Erica by a friend since we didn't really want to use someone who is a friend of ours.

From the beginning, Erica was conscience of our needs and wants by taking the time to sit with us and actually communicate in person.

I cannot think of a time that either my husband or myself called, texted, etc with an inquiry that Erica didn't get back to us immediately.

Both my husband and myself would think of questions and text her for answers. If she didn't know, she would find out the answers for us. We appreciated the people she works with including the bank and her inspector.
